Consulting.

My Consulting service is specifically designed to help find untapped areas of opportunity for clients with access to their own teams and suppliers. This service is intended to be a light touch to help set your marketing plan and then keep you on track. I recommend scheduling an annual meeting with me during your EFOY or regular planning period and prior to any annual board meetings. Together we’ll find out what areas are missing or may need improvement and prioritise them into an actionable calendar for the next twelve months. I also recommend a monthly check-in meeting to make sure your milestones are being met and your objectives are being reached.
