Talent Table
The Challenge:
Talent Table was a new business founded by Andrea Kirby that focuses exclusively on the in-house talent, TA and HR community. Not just recruitment, Talent Table has a unique offering in that it also focuses on professional development in a friendly, informal and confidential environment, to help people build their own networks and gain the knowledge they need to be successful in their careers. They needed a new and bespoke brand that reflected the positivity, diversity and personality of its team and clients.
The Solution:
Most recruitment and training organisations tend to be dry and feel quite corporate. This insight presented us with an opportunity it be the antithesis of that by creating a distinctive, differentiated and flexible brand identity that reflects both the staff and diversity of its clients.
We needed to create a flexible visual identity and Logo System that enables the brand to speak authentically on a range of topics and to a range of audiences.
The Idea:
Taking inspiration from Melbourne’s diverse laneway street art, we selected a vibrant colour palette that could be used flexibly for different areas of the business.
We also created a logo system using the hollow ‘T’ as the brandmark which can be filled with a variety of graphics, colours and imagery to draw attention to a range of topics the business may wish to communicate.
